Open it

Select your server in the Starfall panel.

In the left sidebar choose Tools - Plugin Manager.
Using the interface

Results are paged to 10 screens, but the search bar scans the full CurseForge catalogue.

A plugin with a Download Manually button is hosted outside CurseForge; grab the file yourself and upload it through File Manager or SFTP.
