Your server is provisioned almost instantly - typically within 60 seconds of your payment being confirmed. You will receive an email and a dashboard notification with your IP address and login credentials as soon as the setup finishes. On rare occasions such as peak traffic periods or complex mod-pack installs, deployment can take up to 5 minutes - but it never requires any action on your part. If you are still waiting after 10 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team and we will sort it right away.
Incredibly easy. Our web based File Manager puts every configuration file a click away and includes a built in text editor with syntax highlighting, search, and autosave. You can also upload custom files or download backups directly from the same interface. If you prefer traditional tools, full SFTP access is available so you can work with your favourite desktop editor.
Automatic updates to both your server and modpacks are supported via Steam Workshop - for other games you can specify the version manually in the Advanced Configuration if you need to pick a particular version of the game!
