The Support OP feature lets Starfall agents view a server’s admin areas only when the owner turns access on, keeping control and security in the owner’s hands.
Give a user Support OP status

Open Admin Panel - Management - Users.

Select the user.

Enable Support OP.
Let Support OP enter a server

Open the server in the panel.

Go to Configuration - Advanced.

Toggle Support OP Access on.
Owners and sub-users with the right permission can flip this switch. If it is off, Support OPs cannot enter unless they have the Bypass right.
Please note:
This will not prevent Starfall Servers staff from accessing your server if reports of a crime or serious misuse is detected.
You are still 100% responsible for any content on your server.
